Mom and Dad have just informed the brother and me that they're getting a divorce.

Is it bad that I saw this coming, and had hoped they could hold out until after my brother was out of the house?

I...I really need to get out of here, I can't deal with this right now. I'd even be up for drinking myself into unconsciousness at this point.

edit: And they've just announced they still want us to do a family vacation this year, attendance theoretically optional (though Mom's already working up to a guilt trip, I can smell it). I can't do this.

*hugs* I'm really sorry. That's generic I know, but it has genuine meaning.

Also, I too would be a big No on the family vacation - I can't see that not being tense :/
