Bits and Baubles
I'm tentatively calling the Yazmin a success, since the Red Army just invaded and I don't want to claw out any parts of my abdomen. Yay for that.

I guess you'd call it a Stargate SG-1/Matrix crossover, but not really. Taking place before the first Matrix movie, Jack, Daniel, Vala, and Walter live on a ship in the Real World, and have been tasked with rescuing Sam Carter, who can occasionally see the code of the Matrix around her. Cameos by characters from both SG-1 and the Matrix trilogy, and just a hint of Jack/Daniel for flavor. A really, really great read. No knowledge of SG-1 canon necessary, mild spoilers for the first Matrix movie.

lgbtfest fic yesterday, but I have an essay I want to write about my thought process behind it, so that should be up in a few hours. It's still rocktumbling in my head.
Now, to go put up some laundry and unpack some more. I feel like I'm living in a box factory, I swear.
