orthostatic hypertension: a drop in blood pressure due to a change in posture (going from reclining, etc. to upright); may cause dizziness, lightheadedness, headache, blurred or dimmed vision (possibly to the point of momentary blindness), and syncope (temporary loss of consciousness); may also cause increased heart rate to compensate.

Yech. Calling surgeon tomorrow. This is getting silly.

I mean, we think that's what's causing it. I've been putting off calling the surgeon to ask.
