1. Work on Osprey, i.e. at least start (if not finish) the rewrite
2. Read all the many books for school, i.e. Long Fuse, Madame Bovary, Death in Venice, To the Lighthouse, A Farewell to Arms, and Rozencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead, because I will not let them ruin Stoppard for me
3. Get a job
4. Work on the rest of my writing, i.e. finish SOMETHING!
5. The evil math packet, i.e. remove my small intestine with a straw and then eat it (can you tell I don't like math?
6. fix my doorknob, i.e. take a screwdriver to it's ass
7. college visits

So, my trip to work includes much time spent walking and sitting at bus stops and such things that leave me with plenty of time dealing with passing cars. And I have discovered a phenomenon that tickles me pink and drives me crazy.

I get stared at.

Now, you must realize, I wear skirts and heels mostly to work, often with a tight sleeveless shirt with a jacket or shirt over the top. The outfits have character, but they aren't especially sexy or attention-grabbing (except the mid-thigh length corduroy skirt and knee-high boots I wore one day for kicks, but that's another story ).

And yet just about every guy that drives by stares.

I've enve gotten whistled at one or twice.

Now, I would be complimented, but actually it bothers me. Dunno why.

Maybe because most of the guys I know don't see me that way. And the ones that do I've either gone through, should stay away from, or am ruining myself with. Ah, well.

Why is it that the best guy I know right now in Indiana?
