So, came home from failing the history test to discover that I had been awarded a Moderator's Choice on Elfwood. They don't equal out, but I'm feeling a little bit better now. Off to college apps!

So, the UMCP app is done and sent; oh, joy. I take on the last of the NYU one tomorrow. Lots of writing, here I come.

Got the most amusing "compliment" on my Mod's Choice work:
he said: This concept has been used before, but you have written this piece very well. Congrats on the MC. [MC=Moderator's Choice]
I said: Thank you for the rather. . .double-edged compliment. However, I appreciate your congratulations.

Ah, well, off to marinade in my own misery for another 50 minutes. Toodles!
