Rotorua On My Mind
Friday, 7 October 2005 00:18The fog this morning, which lasted until almost noon, made me nostalgic for the wet, foggy winters and green mountains of New Zealand. Man, I want to go back.
In less happy news, I did not get called back for Standing on My Knees and have given up on attempting to study for the archeology exam. The former wasn't unexpected, though it was a rather unnecessary reminder of the sheer weight of rejection that comes with the Profession. The latter is much more worrying, but there is very little I can do about it. I'm just going to write my 112 journal and go to bed, in the hope that the exam will be pathetically easy, massively curved, or cancelled. A girl can dream, right?
