1. What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before?
had sex!

2. Did you keep your new year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
didn't make any last year, probably will be making some this year

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
two co-workers

no

5. What countries did you visit?
Canada (does that even count for me anymore?)

6. What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006?
an SO, good grades, a summer job (exactly the same line I used last year, amusingly enough)

7. What date from 2006 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
11 Dec - cardiac ablation

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
...baking cookies yesterday

9. What was your biggest failure?
college; 'nuff said

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
stomach virus in January, sprained ankle in March, surgery in December

11. What was the best thing you bought?
the two pairs of fuck-me!boots, Midget the external hard drive, all the Stargate stuff

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?

13. Whose behavior made you appalled?
Steve D., Joe, Mum

14. Where did most of your money go?
boots, t-shirts, corsets, Stargate con

Starbucks, fanfic, Danse Macabre

i. Happier or sadder? sadder

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
spending time with friends, studying for classes, writing (heh, also the same as last year)

19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
procrastinating like whoa, not going to class

20. How did you spend Christmas?
movie and Indian food with 'rents, bro, Shagun, and her 'rents and sis (almost the same)

21. Did you fall in love in 2006?
no

22. How many one-night stands?
I guess this would be four? five? I dunno how this gets counted.

23. What was your favorite TV program?
Stargate SG-1 (new obsession cancelled, oh noes!) (the more things change, the more they stay the same)

24. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
no, because nothing's really changed (same again)

25. What was the best book you read?
American Gods

26. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Thea Gilmore

27. What did you want and get?
the boots, a job at Starbucks

28. What was your favorite film of this year?
Night at the Museum, Monty Python and the Holy Grail (two-disc DVD)

29. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
turned 19, sat around the house feeling sorry for myself, an' I remember correctly

30. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
not screwing up my first year of college
