I have to summon my courage and give beets a try one of these days. I know I didn't like them as a child, but I have no memory of what they actually taste like, and I'm constantly adding things to my Good Stuff list that I turned my nose up at in the distant past.
Is there anything you would compare their taste to? *does handwave* Even remotely? :-)
