Homecoming, Full Speed Ahead

So Celebriel and I figured out a few days ago that the Gala for that Washington Post thing is Homecoming. And so, after much yelling and crying and running up and down the stairs, it is decided that my last high school homecoming is more important.

Sam, your anti-Homecoming had better turn into going to Homecoming or be the best party in the history of time.

And my brother is running up and down the stairs screaming in happiness because Dad downloaded some extra Warcraft maps for him. Not even going near that one. . .

So, as many of you know, the Jewish New Year transition began Wednesday night. Last night began the Days of Atonement, a week-long period between Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur when you're supposed to ask forgiveness from people for anything bad you've done to them in the past year. I'll be asking many of you this in person, but I'd like to apologize for anything stupid or cruel or whatever I've done to you in the past year. Please forgive me?

And my grandmother decided to invite over a friend, without telling anyone first. So we get like ten minutes to prepare.

And when they get here I get paraded around like, to quote my father, "the prize pig." Save us all.

But my Tide op piece went it yesterday, so keep an eye out for it in the first issue.

And now I go off to organize my college stuff. But first:
