It's not so much Writer's Block as Flakiness

Sat down to read over the archive of fic written by the person I'm remixing. A few stories jumped out at me, but I either don't know what to do with them, or I have a vague idea that I'm not really passionate about. Oh, and there was one that I had a firm idea for, and then I realized it would be the exact same thing I wrote the first year I did RemixRedux. Different fandom, but the same idea. Feh, I say. I think I'll look over them again tomorrow, and maybe throw them at someone to see what they think. I am nothing if not a collaborator.
Speaking of writing, I seriously need to get cracking on finishing my SOS. I need to ignore the existing issues (flow in the romantic plot being the main one, beside the fact that I have no idea what I'm writing) and just get the words down on the page. It's kind of embarrassing; I'm using work to keep from writing. I think what I need to do tomorrow is get up at a reasonable time, work for the requisite few hours, and then spend the rest of the day writing. I've got the house to myself during the day tomorrow and Thursday (Geekling and Da are up at the Geek's college for orientation; college is henceforth called Frostbite Falls), so I should move to a different chunk of wall, make myself a pot of tea, and get cracking.
