So, the paper's done; it's probably the worst paper I've written in recent memory, but all I care about right now is having something to hand in.
I got about 4.5 hours of horizontal time. I was definitely awake for the last hour of it, which is annoying, but it's better than nothing.
Thank God it's Friday. Thank God it's Friday. Thank God it's Friday.
At least the headache's gone...

16/10/09 14:52 (UTC)And apropos of our last conversation, I KNEW I wasn't going crazy. Just senile. There's Thirteen on House (annoyingly bisexual and in a relationship with a man, but she has been in homosexual relationships during the course of the show). Also, there's Oscar on The Office. Poor Oscar. Poor, poor Oscar. The victim of *so* much stupidity. "You don't know about prison?! You would really, really like prison." *facepalm*
Anyway, both of them are just people, living their lives, nothing to make them "different" from everybody else outside of their love lives. Their sexuality plays into the plot - it's another way for House to be a jerk, and of course, poor, poor Oscar - but it is just a component of their characters without being the defining part or the sole focus of their story lines or whatever.
