I was just downstairs, watching a documentary about Peter, Paul, and Mary on our local PBS affiliate. I basically sobbed my way through 45 minutes of it, and then I gave up and left the room. And even though I wasn't particularly upset about anything beforehand, now I'm miserable because I've just been slapped in the face by just how not okay I am right now.

I'm getting really tired of randomly bursting into tears. I have no idea what triggers it, but it's really, really unpleasant.
